Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of large-scale, cloud-native platforms focusing on performance, reliability, and security

Define engineering strategies and modernize legacy platforms while driving technology adoption

Mentor team members, influence engineering decisions, and ensure data security and compliance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's degree preferred

10+ years in software / data engineering; 8+ years in cloud environments (GCP preferred)

Expertise in building distributed systems and data platforms

Strong coding skills in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Scala)

Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and cloud security practices
