Mechanical Engineer Engine and Cooling Systems Design

RFA Engineering ( ) is an engineering service provider dedicated to delivering our clients with timely engineering support and expertise. We are seeking an experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & position will operate onsite at our customers world-class engineering and manufacturing facility.

Mechanical Engineer - Engine and Cooling Systems Design

This position will be responsible for the conception and development of engine & cooling components and systems for construction equipment. These designs primarily include hoses tubes cooling packages etc. but could also include electrical hydraulic structures or other machine componentry. This role involves working closely with suppliers customers and cross-functional teams to develop and improve efficient robust and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create models and prints utilizing proper model-based definition methods and GD&T
• Creation and support of 2D drawings and specification documentation
• Support the factory with both durability and production builds
• Provide technical guidance and problem resolution
• Review understand and interpret specifications
• Communicate project details across all levels of the organization
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with different product groups

Pay Range : $70000-$90000 Commensurate with experience
