With a planned retirement of the founding doctor in Summer 2025, this is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, high-performing office and grow into a solo provider with mentorship and long-term equity opportunity.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Compensation Structure :

32% of Collections

32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)

Signing Bonus Available — Enhanced bonus for a 2-year commitment; 1-year contracts still qualify

This role is perfect for new graduates and AEGD / GPR residents looking to grow into a leadership role with support and strong clinical volume from day one. The ideal candidate is :

Comfortable or motivated to practice as a solo dentist

Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a long-term role

Friendly, coachable, and community-minded

Holds (or is eligible for) an Oklahoma dental license
