Facility Manager

A company is looking for a Facility Manager to coordinate facility management services and ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process work orders and invoicing through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Coordinate vendors to manage client requests and oversee maintenance and repair services

Perform facility condition inspections and support capital budget development and management

Required Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work order processing

Background in facility management, property management, or building operations

Strong vendor management and procurement administration capabilities

Knowledge of building systems and facility condition assessment techniques

Experience with budget development and project management
