Compliance Program Management Lead

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of the SOX program across Group, US, and ANZ entities

Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants for control assessments and audits

Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and action trackers across multiple workstreams

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience managing global programs or projects in regulated industries

Deep understanding of SOX, internal controls, or similar regulatory frameworks

Qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP)

Experience working with LRC, Finance, or Technology teams in a global context

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence)
