Collections Specialist

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a collectons specialist. This will be primarily phone based the agent will be assigned a portfolio and will be working primarily with credit card payments, inbound and outbound calls for reaching out for cards, inputting them in the system, and processing payments. You will be taking return calls for the same reasons and correcting credit card setup. pay rate $22-$26 / hr
