Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care

Location : Hilo, HI

Agency : Pioneer Healthcare Services

Pay : $1,846 to $1,903 per week

Shift Information : Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours

Start Date : ASAP

About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Pioneer Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU / Critical Care RN in Hilo, Hawaii, 96720!

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Hilo, HI this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions, such as cardiac failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, and post-surgical complications.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and overall condition.
  • Administer and manage complex medications, including vasoactive drugs, sedatives, anticoagulants, and pain management therapies.
  • Operate and monitor life-supporting equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.

Qualifications :

  • HI Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
