Project Manager (Payments Operations)

Role : Project Manager (Payments Operations)

Location : Cupertino, California (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $60hr - $65hr on w2

Overview :

The candidate will manage payment operations for Apple services (App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV, Movies, etc.) across various payment methods including Apple Pay, credit / debit cards, digital wallets, direct banking, and gift cards.

Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day operational support and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Track and resolve payment issues, collaborating with engineering and partners.
• Manage end-to-end testing for payment projects and report progress to leadership.
• Monitor partner performance and provide status updates.
• Support other PMs with program management and documentation.

Key Qualifications :

Background : Payments, credit cards, wallets, and transactional systems knowledge.

Pay Range : $60hr - $65hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
