We are seeking a dependable, organized professional to serve as a Transportation Scheduler / Driver . This Monday–Friday position is responsible for coordinating all transportation and scheduling needs for two facilities—Carrie Elligson Gietner Health Care Center and South County Health Care Center —and plays a vital role in supporting smooth daily operations.

Requirements include an active CNA or CMT certification , current CPR certification , and a valid driver’s license . A Class E license is preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire .

The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to resident care , while working collaboratively with facility teams. Successful employees are guided by strong work ethic, integrity, and professional competence .

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

Position will fluctuate in hours and applicant must be flexible, available some weekends and nights depending on the need.

Position requires applicant to be on call for emergency or unplanned transports.

Requirements :

Licensure / Certification :

Applicant must have an active Class E license, be over the age of 24, able to produce a clean driving record, and be a team player.
