Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate : 1 / 9 / 2026
Available Shifts : 8 D
Pay Rate : $2034.68 - $2229.49
Outpatient Physical Therapist - Women's Health.
Shift : Will work 40 hours week
Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience.
Shift : Variable start time 7 : 30 / 8 / 10 : 30AM Minor holidays are required.
EMR : EPIC.
Scrubs : any color.
Required Upon Submission : 2 years experience in Outpatient PT. Pre / post Women's Health / pelvic rehab required. Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction. Experience in men's pelvic health and / or APTA board certification a plus.
AHA BLS for providers; OCS preferred.
Active PT License.
Required Upon Start : Active CT license is NOT required at time of submission, but they will need to get before they start.
Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. N95 Fit test required.
Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR
All time off required at time of submission.
