Position Title :

Brand Finance Commercial Business Partner - Americas

Classification : Exempt

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner

Direct Reports : None

Role Objectives :

This role will lead financial modelling, revenue forecasting, and strategic analysis to deliver clear, actionable insights that guide critical category and brand decisions. It plays a key role in shaping the product portfolio by giving senior leaders the information they need to make confident investment choices across brands and categories.

It will also drive portfolio optimization by connecting finance processes with enterprise strategy and annual forecasting cycles, contributing to the refinement of brand and category finance frameworks and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. This includes supporting the successful rollout of category and brand strategies.

With a strong focus on action and continuous improvement, the role will work to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and embed best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Work Hours

8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, Monday to Thursday

8 : 30am - 3 : 00pm, Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

Moose also provides flexible working options.

Salary Band

USD $120,000 - $135,000
