We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism and other disabilities.

Responsibilities :

• The BT / RBT implements individualized treatment plans designed to improve clients' social, communication, and adaptive skills in center, home, and / or community-based settings.
• Accurately record data on clients’ progress during sessions
• Maintain detailed session notes and update client records as necessary
• Report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the clinical team.
• Adhere to all health and safety practices and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain all required documentation and certification, including but not limited to RBT Certification, CPR, etc.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
