Front of House Team Member Responsibilities :

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements :

• No restaurant experience needed.
• This is for a FULL TIME position, 35 hours plus. Do not apply if you want part time. Must provide resume with availability. Applicants with poor job tenue will not be competitive.
