Analyst

Whether you come from a background in public accounting, corporate finance, servicing, or financial operations, you can be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who loves problem solving while working with large amounts of data, and has a high attention to detail. Plus, bonus points if you've worked in the accounting or loan servicing industry before, and are familiar with Snowflake or SQL. This position is located in seat in Columbia, MO.

About the Role :

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and updating monthly reports on loan servicing metrics and portfolio trends. You will collaborate with accounting and servicing teams to reconcile loss-related data, provide additional analysis as requested, and collect data for internal and external audit inquiries. In addition, you will play a key role in the oversight of third-party sub-servicers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance standards are met.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include :

• Handle monthly reports, loss analysis, and keep an eye on sub-servicing to help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Jump into special projects for the Accounting team and provides support to other departments as needed - no two days are exactly the same!
• Support the loan level and closing teams with reporting requests, making sure everything is accurate and delivered right on time.
• Step up to handle a variety of responsibilities as needed-always ready to add value wherever possible (excluding licensed tasks).
