Patient ratios are 1 : 4 for both day and night shifts. The candidate will provide care across various patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit has an interdisciplinary support team including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. A daily census of 72 is anticipated, with a total of 14 rooms and 17 beds in the facility. The candidate will participate in weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend basis. Additional specialties or procedures may arise, and flexibility in skills is essential for the role. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
