Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neurosurgery Unit. As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you will provide high-quality care to diverse patients, including those recovering from complex surgeries and traumatic conditions.

Key Details :

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : 3rd Shift, Full-time (36 hours / week)
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200
RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)

What You'll Do :

Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.

Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care experiences.

Requirements :

Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary medical procedures.
