Developer to implement a web based application for the agency's Willamette Wildlife Mitigation Program (WWMP). The application will have the ability to :

upload habitat and easement compliance monitoring data

public facing so landowners can directly enter required reporting information

generate summary reports for project partners

track habitat protection targets

ensure compliance with conservation easement and management plans

track changes in habitat types and conditions

possible spatial component

generate reports using SSRS to export to word, PDF or excel

Data migration from excel spreadsheet to SQL DB
