SALARY RANGE : BOE

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS : In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for all functions of the pharmacy including filling prescriptions, and maintaining inventory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Fills prescriptions
• Maintains patient profiles, inventory and prices in computer.
• Researches and recommends additions to formulary.
• Responsible for ordering drugs and medications for pharmacy and clinic.
• Processes invoices for payment.
• Counsels patients and answers questions regarding prescriptions.
• Communicates with medical providers regarding medications.
• Take inventory count as required.
• Maintain proficiency in working with electronic health records (EHR).
• Be able to substitute in CPN Mail Order Pharmacy department when necessary.
