This is a tenure-track assistant professor (9-month faculty position). Primary duties will include (1) engaging in original research that leads to peer-reviewed presentations and publications in scholarly outlets; (2) teaching a variety of psychology undergraduate and graduate courses, including social psychology. Teaching load : 12 SCH for the 1st and 2nd academic years; 15 SCH for the 3rd academic year, and 18 SCH for the 4th-6th academic years; (3) actively pursuing external research grant funding to maintain a sound research agenda. Duties also include serving on departmental, university, and professional committees; and actively participating in department, college, and university initiatives.
