As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity for a dedicated professional who wants to make a meaningful impact on clients lives while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.

Role Overview

The Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator will play a critical role in negotiating and resolving personal injury claims to maximize client settlements. This individual will work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives to ensure that clients receive fair and just compensation for their injuries.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, legal knowledge, and the ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism .

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management & Client Service :

Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service and case updates .

Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and opposing counsel.

Conduct legal research and analyze case law as it applies to claims.

Work closely with attorneys and the pre-litigation team to ensure smooth case resolution.
