Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Services Manager who is passionate about delivering winning strategies and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new customer onboardings and implementations end-to-end, ensuring a smooth process from kickoff to rollout

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure effective project management

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or implementations, preferably in the software or GRC industry

Intermediate technical knowledge of Excel or similar tools

Experience managing multiple large projects and engaging with executive-level stakeholders

Experience with budget management and working with both internal and external stakeholders
