Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Director - Hyperscale Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including leases and service agreements

Collaborate with various departments to structure and negotiate transactions aligned with business objectives

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials

Six or more years of experience in contract negotiation, real estate, lease negotiation, and / or corporate law

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
