About the Role
Paved Assets is hiring entry-level laborers who bring both strength and focus to our paving crews. This role combines the physical grit of construction labor with the accuracy and attention to detail required to deliver clean, client-ready projects.
Experience in paving, concrete, grading, or site development a plus but not required - just reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions with precision. If you like working outdoors, take pride in doing things the right way, and want to grow with a company that builds better roads and pavement and better people, we want to hear from you.
