• Incrementally improve the TurboSquid 3D Marketplace experience using a data-driven approach.
• Provide input that shapes the architectural and product direction of our 3D projects.
• Build reliable, maintainable, and well-tested systems that scale over time.
• Collaborate with peers through code reviews, mentorship, and shared learning.
• Monitor and optimize production performance to ensure reliability and speed for millions of users.
