Key Responsibilities
Represent the company with Regional Payers and manage access for assigned accounts
Develop and execute Regional Market Access strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Coordinate regional initiatives to drive successful contract performance and market shaping
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Three or more years of experience in account management or B2B
Two or more years in a leadership role if no market access experience
Proven track record in business negotiations and meeting targets
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
