Type of Placement : Temp to Perm
Shift : 1st shift 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday (Overtime after 8 regular hours worked)
Pay : $25.00-$27.00 per hour

The Packaging Administrator works with the Packaging Manager on tasks related to packaging labor, payroll, and ordering.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Creating and fostering an environment of strong teamwork and cooperation.Acting as liaison between Customer and our client.Demonstrating and managing safety protocols, including cleanliness and proper use of equipment.Training and certification of all packaging employees.Assist the Packaging Manager in scheduling vacations and other time off for all packaging employees, ensuring coverage at all times.Assisting in all aspects of the packaging process, including operation of forklift and ability to lift 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.Participation in production meetings, as needed.Required to attend pack and ship meetings.Provide feedback and input for jobs, time, materials, and methods on packaging projects.Learn and assist with payroll, time clock, and packaging labor tracking program functions.Monitor packaging-related supplies, and inventory, re-ordering as needed.Coordinate spare parts with the customer’s Planning Department.Fill out documents, and complete data entry requested by customer.Liaison between Packaging Manager, Packaging Department Shift Leads, and customer.Type up the system checklists.Work with the main office on varying tasks when not performing packaging department tasks.Assisting the Packaging Manager and Packaging Workers, as neededEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) / Home School equivalencySKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityFriendly and positive demeanor with customers, and co-workersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be bilingual : English, and SpanishMust be able to typeResponsive and reliableIntegrity and honestyProficiency in MS Office software – Word, Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.Must be able to work at the client's main office in Salisbury, MA, and at a customer’s facility in Beverly, MAMust have dependable transportation.A willingness to learn and expand their knowledge.Required to work overtime as needed.Environmental Conditions :
Working in a warehouse can be a noisy, busy place with many warehouse operations.It can be cold or warm environment depending on season.Physical Capabilities :
Must be able to : stand for 8 hours and move from role to role or sedentary standing; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip / pinch movement requiring both hands.Must be able to lift up to 50lbsAbout Wicked Staffing Solutions :
