[job_card.job_description]Provide high-quality primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Conduct routine exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Perform minor office procedures such as suturing and incision & drainage. Provide women’s health services such as pelvic exams and Pap smears (preferred). Collaborate with virtual or on-site internal medicine physicians as needed. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR . Ensure patient safety and follow established clinical protocols.
