Road Ranger is looking to hire a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager  to join the team and manage the Church's Chicken and Dickey's BBQ at our Bourbonnais, IL location!

  • As the face of Road Ranger and all Food Service Concepts, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group Road Ranger employees at the various concepts, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious food offerings for our hungry customers.
  • In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of all areas at each of the Food Service Concepts.
  • This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Road Ranger journey.
  • The ideal QSR - Manager has 1 plus years of restaurant management experience, is a friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader who enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors and helping make a difference in someone’s day.

Pay Range :
