Treaty Oak features an experienced management team with a track record of developing and commercializing 9 GW+ of utility-scale power projects and a collective 100+ years’ experience across critical competencies, including power markets, offtake structuring, design, engineering and real estate.

The Role

Treaty Oak is seeking a Manager, FP&A. The role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the business’s capital planning and forecasting, managing relevant systems, and preparing reports for management. The position reports to the Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Analysis

• Lead and support the development of annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform in-depth financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations and strategies.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to monitor and explain variances against project development budgets and forecasts, and drive accountability and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Asset Management to assess financial performance of operating assets and integrate key findings into forecasts and management reporting.
• Partner with cost center owners to analyze SG&A spending, monitor variances, and support effective budget management.
