We have been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years, with 5 locations in Texas where we offer results-driven, medical-grade aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials.

Were scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve minimum of $40k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling.
• Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision.
• Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Train and manage 12 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence.
• Support marketing to boost leads and visibility.

What We Offer

• $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year.
• Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (TuesdayFriday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays)

Who SHOULD Apply?

• Proven Closer: 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k/month sales.
• Skilled Aesthetician: Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting.
• Structured Leader: Thrives in protocol-driven, high-accountability settings.
• Self-Starter: Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity.

Who Should NOT Apply?

• If you avoid sales quotas or feel like sales approaches are pushy.
• If your only sales experience is retail/cashier/cosmetic based.
• If you are not comfortable working closely with clients bodies in a medical manner, you wont succeed here.
• If you prefer unstructured, low-pressure roles or you need excessive emotional support, this isnt for you.
• If you do not meet the minimum sales experience requirements, please do not apply. This is not an entry-level esthetician position.
