One of the region's most respected General Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This award-winning, financially strong company has a long-standing reputation for excellence in construction and a commitment to delivering quality projects.

The Project Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong communication, clear direction-setting, and a focus on building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with the executive team to align with strategic objectives and drive growth.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with Estimating during the preconstruction phase
• Interpret construction plans and specifications accurately
• Mentor and guide junior project management staff
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to secure future opportunities
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor procurement, including buyout, scope review, contract writing, and insurance / bonding compliance
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions for drawing interpretation issues
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, owner billings, timesheets, and monthly reports
• Ensure timely and accurate owner billings and subcontractor invoices
• Prepare monthly cost projections and forecasts for project completion
• Oversee project schedules and provide progress updates
