Payment Analytics (ThoughtSpot)

Key Responsibilities :

• Use ThoughtSpot to analyze high-volume payment transaction data including authorizations, settlements, refunds, and declines.
• Build and maintain search-driven dashboards and KPIs for payment success rates, latency, failures, and throughput.
• Support fraud and risk analysis by identifying anomalies, chargebacks, and suspicious transaction patterns.
• Monitor payment operations such as gateway performance, SLA breaches, retry rates, and processor health.
• Assist finance teams with revenue, settlement, and reconciliation reporting across banks, gateways, and merchants.
• Enable self-service analytics for business users including product, risk, finance, and operations teams.
• Work with data engineers to consume curated datasets from Kafka streams, data lakes, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
