Title of Position : Front of House Manager

Job Description : The Front of House Manager will supervise all Restaurant daily procedures, including ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being given and team members are increasingly being trained, coached, and developed the appropriate way. Together with the other members of the management team, the Manager will ensure that all Restaurant scheduling is conducted in accordance with the budget. The Restaurant Manager will also be involved with marketing strategies and assisting in making sure they are planned and executed in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

• The Front of House Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
• A solid track record is achieving financial results is a must for the Manager
• The Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
• High volume experience of 3+ years of experience as a Front of House Manager is a must for this position
