Learning and Development Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager 1, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update learning content and programs based on scheduled criteria and business needs

Project manage large design efforts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of new content

Curate customized learning experiences in collaboration with engagement partners

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience

7-10 years of relevant work experience

Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline / Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365

Knowledge of instructional design techniques and learning modalities

Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
