• Responsibilities :
• Remote position
• Must have 2-5 years of trial experience with personal injury cases
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Attend all hearings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• The responsibilities of this position include drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated xmcpwfu deadlines
