About the Hospital / Health System / Department :

  • Non-profit trauma center that has served its community for over 50 years
  • Position will manage a busy and growing mixed 32 bed ICU with a team of over 85 FTE's
  • Reports directly to a dynamic and supportive Director of Nursing

    • ICU Nurse Manager Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • RN Active License
  • At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in ICU / Critical Care (Supervisor and Assistant Nurse Manager level or above will be considered)
  • At least five (5) years of Critical Care / ICU nursing experience
  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Collaborative and INSPIRATIONAL leadership style that is able to work well across all levels
