Ping Identity's Legal team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Paralegal to support our attorney responsible for global entity management, mergers and acquisitions activity, corporate governance, and SEC-related matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex corporate records, and is eager to contribute to high-impact strategic transactions.

You will : Entity Management

• Maintain global subsidiary records, organizational charts, and minute books.
• Coordinate entity filings, annual reports, registrations, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support formation, dissolution, and restructuring activities.
• Liaise with outside counsel for international entity matters and statutory filings.

You have :

Salary Range : $119,000 - $148,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
