Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time

M-F | Day Shift

MLR has been engaged by a well-establish healthcare network in western Massachusetts that is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team.

    • Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications for a Physical Therapist :

  • Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Epic experience needed.
  • Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
