• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and review client accounting and tax preparation work.
• Provide technical review and guidance on complex tax issues.
• Oversee tax estimates and proactive tax planning opportunities.
• Act as part of the management team and support integration of new clients and acquired firms.
• Champion process improvements and technology adoption in a paperless environment.
• Qualifications :
• CPA, CPA-in-process, or EA required.
• Strong technical tax and accounting review experience (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members while providing exceptional client service.
