[job_card.job_description]A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 15 - 20 years of related experience, including 5 - 10 years as a Resident Engineer. Familiarity with IDOT specifications and documentation requirements. Proficiency in managing projects involving in-stream work permits. Experience with large concrete and steel structures. Hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. Familiarity with Class 1 Railroads and Meta is a bonus.
