Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community.

St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation is a 50 bed facility, that has a rich history and is deeply integrated into the Milwaukee community. St. Ann is proud to be able to say that we have employees with over 23 years of dedication providing exemplary service. Our halls and rooms are clean and quiet, and our New Management team has worked tirelessly to improve all areas of St. Ann! As an LPN, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents : administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals, provide wound care or other duties directed by the Director of Nursing. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Requirements :

Active WI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Great customer service skills

Passion to work with the aging population
