A company is looking for an ITS Associate II - Afterhours (AOM).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for users, documenting support calls and resolutions
Respond to and troubleshoot IT support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
Provide remote support and ensure compliance with security and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in corporate Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems
Experience maintaining thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, and scanners
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
