We are now hiring a Maintenance Technician who will primarily perform maintenance duties according to policy and procedures as well as ensuring general / preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Location : Sioux Falls, SD

$18-$22 per hour

Qualifications :

  • History or experience in maintenance and / or related fields
  • Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic, can meet deadlines and is detail-oriented

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Completion of daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to perform basic building, basic electrical, painting and basic plumbing repairs.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels for existing inventory and equipment.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently, produce quality work and follow technical procedures while ensuring completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff, residents, service workers, and others.

    • Additionally :

  • It is necessary that the candidate has exceptional customer service, is highly motivated, has organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
