Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar business analysis, strategy or transformation role for a consulting firm or large corporation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data querying skills. Experience interacting with senior leadership across departments. Ability to manage and organize large data sets and present them effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across all functions. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. $125,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Overview
Our client based in South Florida is a multi-billion dollar privately held company with a need for a Manager of Strategy & Finance.
About the Role :
This position will support the Executive Team. The role blends business strategy, project management and presentations to the executive leadership team, while driving strategic growth and transformation across all business units.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify department business issues.
- Conduct analysis, evaluate strategic initiatives, and present solutions to leadership.
- Use business analysis consulting skills to work with internal clients.
- Model, report and track financial data for several key projects across the company.
- Use key operational and financial metrics to drive decisions and find solutions as needed.
- Prepare reporting of financial and operating metrics that support project status through their lifecycle.
- Model cost savings and revenue-generating initiatives using assumptions and historical data.
- Present financial projections and / or actual results to executive leadership as necessary.
- Perform competitive and / or industry analysis as needed.
- Work closely with operating teams to assist with all financial needs.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to understand P&L impacts of initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by understanding the systems used across the company.
