Duties / Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, stock product on appropriate shelves or deliver to requesting departments
  • Package product to retail containers
  • Label products
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Process purchase orders and related paperwork
  • Perform shipping functions
  • Track orders and investigate shipping issues
  • Process and document returns following established procedures
  • Reconcile stock counts and help monitor inventory levels
  • Perform routine clerical duties related to receiving, production and shipping
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned

    • Minimum Job Requirements

    High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment and services, ordering and inventory control
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
  • Database management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity navigating a computer
  • Ability to navigate a phone
