Job Title : Mixer Operator / Manufacturing

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team. Your role will involve accurately following batch sheets to ensure precise formulation, documenting production data, and recommending process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets accurately to ensure proper formulation.
• Document all production data for performance measurement and compliance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements as outlined in Work Order Traveler documents.
• Move materials through the Work Order Management process, including multi-bin handling.
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to load ingredients into mixers.
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete all housekeeping functions in the filling areas.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The role is based in a facility with a friendly atmosphere, housing 60 people with an additional 100-person sales team. Work during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm. The company emphasizes a clean and safe work environment with a strong focus on safety protocols and personal protective equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
