Our Business Office in Pasadena is seeking a File Clerk. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by providing and maintaining an organized system of filing service records and sales files for efficient retrieval.

To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we follow current guidelines and provide face masks and hand sanitizers. We use hospital grade cleaning products and increased cleaning frequency.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently organize and file dealership records enabling easy and quick retrieval :
  • Files within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
  • Reads / examines incoming material for accuracy and legibility, gets clarification if necessary, classifies properly, and files within appropriate file system.
  • Searches for and retrieves information contained in files as requested.
  • Keeps files current.
  • Keeps records of material removed from files.
  • Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
  • Copies records as needed.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • Desired : Minimum of 1 year in position of file clerk or similar positions in the automobile, retail, medical, dental, or legal professions.
  • Required : Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least one retail related experience.
  • Strong or good verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is an asset in this position).
