As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic aero and defense location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities within the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.
  • Complete written and / or electronic reports documenting activities, incidents, and / or observations during patrols.
  • Follow all company and site-specific procedures while adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
