Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home (Part-Time)

Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent in-home client assignment in Raleigh, NC 27617. This role requires an already-certified RBT who is fluent in Spanish and able to commit to the set weekday schedule.

Set Weekly Schedule

Tuesday–Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Part-time with consistent weekly hours

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy in the client’s home

Implement individualized treatment plans

Track session and behavior data electronically

Support communication, social, and daily living skills

Communicate directly with the family in Spanish

Maintain professionalism and consistency with the client and family

Requirements

Active RBT certification required at time of hire

Fluent Spanish required

In-home or pediatric ABA experience preferred

Must be available Tuesday–Friday, 9 : 30 AM–2 : 00 PM

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in sessions

Strong professionalism and communication skills

Must pass background check and credentialing
