The Opportunity
- High volume Laryngology practice with complex pathology including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice concerns, and vibratory injury
- Consistent patient demand from regional and national referrals
- Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with strong support for autonomy, innovation, and research
- Access to a dedicated surgery center and a collaborative, specialty driven team
